Each flagged issue now includes redlines and suggested comments, separate language for counterparties and clients and full edit control before applying changes.

Use the new search bar to find specific terms. Great for jumping to key topics like “termination” or “indemnity.”

Compare Documents

Find substantive differences between documents, even if the documents are based on different forms. Useful for comparing 3rd party paper to a familiar precedent.
