Counterparts

This Confidentiality Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be considered one and the same agreement and will become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the parties hereto and delivered to the other party (including by means of electronic delivery or facsimile).

This Letter Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be considered one and the same agreement and will become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Party (including by means of electronic delivery or facsimile).

This Amendment may be executed by each of the parties hereto on any number of separate counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a "pdf" format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or ".pdf" signature page were an original thereof.

This Lease may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but

(k) Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.

11.7 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and all such executed counterparts shall constitute one agreement binding upon all parties hereto even though all parties are not signatory to the original or the same counterpart.

This Lease may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original. Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of an entity represents and warrants their authority to do so.

This Lease may be executed in counterparts with the same effect as if both parties hereto had executed the same document. Both counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute a single lease.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same Agreement.

This Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts, which, taken together, will be considered one original. Facsimile signatures, signatures on an electronic image (such as .PDF or .JPG format), and electronic signatures will be deemed to be original signatures.

This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument; signature pages may be detached from multiple separate counterparts and attached to a single counterpart so that all signature pages are physically attached to the same document. Delivery of photocopies of the signature pages to this Amendment by facsimile or electronic mail shall be effective as delivery of manually executed counterparts of this Amendment.

"Section 8. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Each counterpart may consist of a number of copies hereof, each signed by less than all, but together signed by all, of the parties hereto."

This Lease may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original. Signatures transmitted via facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed original signatures and binding upon the parties.

(l)Counterparts. This Termination Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which is deemed an original, but all of which constitutes one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Termination Agreement electronically or by facsimile shall be effective as

This License may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be effective only upon delivery and thereafter shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall be taken to be one and the same instrument, for the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same signature page. Any signature page of this License may be detached from any counterpart of this License without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon and may be attached to another counterpart of this License identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more additional signature pages.

This License may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be effective only upon delivery and thereafter shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall be taken to be one and the same instrument, for the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same signature page. Any signature page of this License may be detached from any counterpart of this License without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon and may be attached to another counterpart of this License identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more additional signature pages.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and all counterparts so executed shall constitute one Easement and Restrictive Covenant Agreement, binding upon all of the parties hereto.

This Lease and any amendments, waivers, consents or supplements, may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed an original, but all of which

This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or PDF signature and a facsimile or PDF signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
