Spellbook Installation Guide

  1. Ensure that the Spellbook team has authorized your access and that you’re signed into Word.

    If you’re not signed into Word with your Microsoft account, follow the instructions below:

    1. Select File > Account > Sign In
    2. In the Sign in window, type the email address and password you use with Office. This might be the personal Microsoft account you associated with Office, or the username and password you use with your work or school account.

    1. Open Word and select Sign In. If you're already editing a file, go to File > New from Template... > Sign In.
    2. In the Sign in window, type the email address and password you use with Office. This might be the personal Microsoft account you associated with Office, or the username and password you use with your work or school account.

  2. Once signed in, navigate to the Insert tab of the Word ribbon.
  3. Select Get Add-ins.

  4. Search for Spellbook and click Add followed by Continue.

  5. Once installed, the add-in should automatically open in Word. Select Get Started followed by Authenticate to start using Spellbook.
