Solve complex legal tasks with surprising accuracy. With Spellbook you get:
Spellbook connects directly to your OneDrive document library so you can search your agreements, surface familiar language, and ground your drafting and review work in your actual negotiating history. Once linked, there are no more files to upload and no more hunting through folders manually.
The OneDrive integration is up and running in just a few clicks. Here's how it works:
Head over to Settings → Library → Connect to OneDrive. Sign in with the same email tied to your Spellbook account, then select the files you want to import. Spellbook will automatically build a folder in your Library for the imported contracts.
Once connected, your OneDrive contracts are available as context throughout Spellbook:
You don't have to connect your entire OneDrive library. From the Library screen, click New Folder → Connect to OneDrive and select the specific files or folders you want available in Spellbook. Organize your library by deal type, client, or agreement category so it works the way your team does.
Please note: Folders can also be shared with your team so everyone in your organization can access the same library.
Your connected OneDrive folders sync automatically every 15 minutes, so Spellbook always reflects your most current contract library. If you need to pull in changes immediately, a manual sync option is available directly from the app.
Once the integration is live, here are a real life ways to use it:

Yes, you need to use the same email for both. If your accounts use different emails, you can still bring files into Spellbook by uploading them manually through the Library.
Spellbook supports DOCX, PDF (including scanned documents via OCR), and TXT files.
Yes. Spellbook is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, and uses zero data retention with its LLM providers so your contracts are never used to train AI models.
Yes. Each import automatically gets its own folder in your Library, and you can also create custom folders organized by deal type, matter, or agreement category.
