Annemarie is an experienced in-house attorney advising on complex operational challenges, a wide range of transactional matters, and product counseling.

Annemarie Weiss currently serves as Senior Commercial Counsel at Neo4j since November 2025, following a tenure at DocuSign from February 2022 to November 2025, where roles included Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel focusing on product and partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at MedBridge from January 2019 to February 2022 and as a Law Clerk at BW Law, Ltd. from May 2017 to December 2018. Annemarie also worked as a Government Affairs Intern at The Polyclinic and held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington School of Law and a Legal Intern at Northwest Health Law Advocates. Academically, Annemarie earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Health Law from the University of Washington School of Law and holds dual Master’s degrees in Public and International Law, Social Anthropology, and Sociology from the University of Tübingen.
